Subj: Point system

If anyone recalls a discussion or has information about "point system" for
assigning dificulty to a hike or trek, could you please e-mail to me (I'm
not suscribing to this list at the present time, so need direct mail).
This system used something like: 1 point for each mile, 1 point for each
100 feet in altitude gain, etc, etc. It was discussed on thislist or
maybe another that you mist read about 8 - 10 months ago. I had no need
then, but would like to use it for a Scouting project.
