That reminds me so much of some of my misadventures. Marek and I this
spring decided to go ice climbing in light snow that turned into a
blizzard, and we wound up climing 1500 feet up a couloir, only to have
it avalanche on us. Fortunately, we had a large rock to stand behind
and watch the slide. We turned around and went back after that.

Anyway, it a great story and just the kind of thing that make
mountaineering really fun. If it were all easy with no risk it would
be the same game at all.
