In princeple it is possible to hike through the alps in June.
Between 1500 and 2000 m you have do be prepared for some snow left.
You need waterproofed shoes.
Weather can be everything in that time of year, sunshine or snowfall.
Temps may be between 5 and 15 C during the day and may fall below zero
during the nights.
I'm not familar with the region you would like to visit, but I did sometimes
tours in the alps in June in other regions of same altitude and it is
possible. If you have the right equipment (good shoes, raincoat, worm clothes,
ect. ) and be prepared for some more difficult conditions it is no problem.
