I used to instruct for a Moscow tourist company who organized several heli-
skiing tours for foreigners. But these were specially arranged. It was in
Kaukasus in 1991: Gudauri, Russian Georgia and Elbrus, Russia. Since there
is a war in Georgia and the whole region is not really safe, it is unlikely
that they offer these services any more. If you would like more info e-
